Yes. All Premium and Elite members can freeze their membership for up to 30 days per calendar year at zero additional charge with 48 hours notice via WhatsApp or the front desk.
You can cancel anytime with 7 days notice before your next billing cycle begins. There are no penalty cancellation fees on monthly plans.
Personal Training is fully integrated into the Elite tier (8 sessions/month). Starter and Premium members can purchase add-on PT session packs at discounted member rates.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Simply talk to the front desk or message us on WhatsApp — the difference for the remaining days of your current month will be prorated automatically.
